What you receive
A complete Notion workspace containing a Market Briefing, Practice Playbook, Screening Protocol, Blog, and Lead Capture System tailored to your selected market and crisis specialization. You receive the workspace by duplicating it to your own Notion account.
Delivery method
After payment, you are redirected to your workspace. Click "Duplicate" in the top-right corner of the Notion page to copy the workspace to your account. A confirmation email with the workspace link is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Notion account required
A free Notion account is sufficient. Create one at notion.so if you do not already have one.
No ongoing access obligations
Once duplicated, the workspace is yours. We do not manage, restrict, or revoke access to your copy.
License and usage
Your purchase grants a single-agent license for use in your own real estate practice. You may use, adapt, and build upon the workspace contents to serve your clients and grow your business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the workspace — in whole or in part — with other agents, brokerages, or any third party. Each agent operating the positioning system requires their own purchase.
Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, screening methodologies, and system architecture within the workspace remain the intellectual property of Realty Positioning System. Your purchase grants a license to use these materials — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute the methodology or system design outside of your individual practice.
No guarantee of results
The positioning system is a strategic tool designed to help you specialize in a market. It is not a guarantee of leads, transactions, or business performance. Results depend on your market conditions, effort, and implementation. RPS makes no representations or warranties regarding specific business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realty Positioning System's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the workspace is limited to the amount you paid. RPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the materials provided.
Modification of terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at realtypositioning.com/terms. Continued use of purchased materials following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
